Can I start if I’m on a low income?
Yes, When I started I was only earning 60k a year or less. I worked 3 jobs and I was very motivated and determined to make this happen. You can start on a low income, it’s all about how it’s structured and planned out to achieve your goals.
How much do I need to get started? Can I get started if I have no money?

You’ll need to have a deposit saved or an existing property that you can draw down some equity on.

You can get started with no money, but it’s a lot more difficult. There are many people out there spruiking no money deals but they are extremely difficult to pull off, it’s like winning the lotto.
You will need an income of some sort and a strong detailed plan and strategy to make it work and eventually if you stick to the plan and you buy the right properties in the right locations with all the right fundamentals then the plan just works and the money will start flowing in forever.

How long will it take me to be financially free?
This is different for every person, it depends on your individual goals and what financial freedom means for you and how much income you need to generate every month to live your dream lifestyle.

Once you establish how much income you need then we work backwards to figure out how many properties you need and at what yields and leverage. This then becomes your goal and we then need to work out what properties in what areas will achieve that for you.
Most students find that they’re able to achieve financial freedom in a 10 or 12 year timeframe however some achieve it a lot sooner with the right knowledge, strategy and plan.

What if I have never developed or renovated before, I’m worried I won’t know what to do?
That’s why it’s important to get the knowledge and work with people who have done this before so that you avoid making costly mistakes and move forward with the right strategy and plan that’s going to get you where you want to go.

I have done many renovations and I also have over $20 million dollars of property development happening right now. I can teach you the skills of development or renovating or we can work together and do a renovation or development and you will learn along the way.

Do you help people in trouble?
Yes, a lot. Recently a 65 year old lady cried in front of me because she owned 14 properties and was paying a shortfall of $3500 a month to the bank because she bought the wrong properties that were never going to get her to financial freedom.

Are you a buyers agent?
I am not a buyers agent but I do help and consult with clients to buy the right property. I research, negotiate the sale with the agent on their behalf and help them with the loan structuring to make sure that they have the right loan and the right property that will get them to where they want to go.
Do you find people development sites?

Yes I do. As I currently have over $20 million in development projects happening right now, I frequently come across development opportunities that will work. I also do all the feasibility studies, easement checks, pre-planning mud maps, electricity points, stormwater issues etc.

It’s really important to select the right property to develop, for every property I approve, there are about 40 I say NO to because they won’t work.
